  4. GOOD MORNING EVERYONE OMG!!! This is really a great ?? workout for someone with good knees or maybe with half way good knees I did get through the entire workout, but Jesus Christ I’m so VERY SORE today September 15, 2017. Now when it comes to my prosthetic knees they didn’t like all the jumping jacks anyone else out there trying this with prosthetic knees then you can understand what I’m talking about. But as I promise I was going to give it everything I had and I did!!! So I decided that I would do this once a week and keep walking my 5K until my surgery which is September 28, 2017 for Knee Replacement, and after PT from my surgery I’m going to jump right back in!! But I’m not going to do a lot of jumping on my new knees NOT GOOD FOR THEM!! I did find another way for the jumping jack just move one leg at a time out to your side without jumping and as the arms come over your head, believe or not this is very effective!! Okay guy’s this is my story and I will be 60 years old January 2, I’m praising God for bringing me this for Hallelujah and I’ve been lifting for 4-5 years as well I just don’t boast about it! EVERYONE YOU PRAY FOR ME AND I’ll PRAY FOR YOU GUYS (Bishop Paul Morton) quote I love ❤️ It!! BLESSING EVERYONE ????❤️❤️???? LETS KEEP ENCOURAGING EACH OTHER!!   8. Guys, this really works! I lost 13 kgs in like 2 and a half months. I’m doing this exercise twice a day. I used to be 84 kgs and now I’m 71. It really worked for me. But, just doing this won’t work. If you are expecting good results, then along with this exercise, take really good care of your diet. Avoid junk food for a month and you can see results. What I did was I used to have lot of cereals. I totally cut down on rice. Eat lots of salad and drink around 5 litres of water a day. If possible, try drinking hot water in the morning and before sleep. It helped for me. If I can do it, you guys can for sure. Give a thumbs up for further motivation because I’m not stopping here. C’mon guys. This fitness blender really works.

    • I’m sorry i know this is late but can i still get good results if i do this in the morning and at night? so that will be my 2 times i do it in a day, since i don’t have 2 hours to do this back to back because I’m in school

    • Kimchi is my son I have a brother who is 13 years old. In my opinion, cardio is good for everyone. However, it needs to be carefully looked into for older people because of the chances of heart thudding too fast. In case of children belonging to such age, this particular cardio seems perfectly fine. Also, what we need to understand here is the fact that children actually are far more energetic than a guy like me who is 21. Also, there is great energy in them and henceforth, this cardio is perfect for children belonging to the age group 11-14 as well. Any exercise is good for children provided it push them out of their comfort zone.

    • Kcurlss it is recommendable to do it twice but I seriously feel it is a difficult task to do in straight hour and in one go with minimum rest in between. However, if you think you can manage, go for it.

    • I’m struggling too, I didn’t fit in to much into my school because I had a lot of belly fat. I did this for like 1 week and now I weigh 126 ?

  13. I weigh 57kg, im 5’’3, and 14 years old. I’m quite lazy, and love my junk food. I’m not active. But today, I looked in the mirror, and wanted to change what I saw. I hope to do this everyday, and lose at least 4kg.
    First day: 10:38 (exhausted, but feeling refreshed.)

It is an awesome one off guide for discovering a short fat loss workout without the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend got cool success with it.

You ever tried – Zanabriel Workout Weevilled – (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin got excellent results with it.

    i envy her level shoulder blades. i have low shoulder blades i dont like it especially when im wearing tshirt, its gross looking.
