  5. I hope this will balance my hormones.
    My period stopped for 1 month then it came regularly, now this month they didn’t come and im so scared.
    What can cause this?

I actually did this after doing your 7-minute booty workout; I started off with a nice warm-up, did the two workouts, then your bust lift, and then a cool-down.
