    Can u tell us how many times cardio, weights and yoga u do in a week and for how long?
    For the longest, I thought yoga didn’t help….but after it video I’ve changed my mind….

      I will usually try and do a couple days a week of cardio. Normally not for longer than 20-30 min. I did a spin class this week which was 45 min long and then I” usually do some cardio before weight training on sat mornings for about 15 min. ps. glad your willing to try yoga because it is life changing lol both mentally and physically it has made the biggest difference on my body.

  7. I am a planner! I’m one to write everything down in notebooks and in my weekly planner…idk why I never thought about planning my workouts too! No excuses that way. Thanks so much this was a good video!! 🙂

      I wish I was a more experienced planner but Im taking baby steps. And yes the fitness planning has made a huge difference.

  9. GURLLLL you went outside for the run in this weather? Good for you!!! Stay warm! 🙂
    I have also been loving working out in the morning, it gets my whole day pumped up. And I believe that if you set your workout schedule to be in the morning, you honestly have no excuse to talk yourself out of it – because there’s NOTHING going on in the morning other than sleep – no meetings, no ad hoc urgent work, no last minute plans etc. 
    I really love fitness videos Nikki! Please do more of these. xoxoxoxo.

    I completely agree with you on the fact that exercising just makes you a better person (less stressed, happier, etc.). I really feel like I have become a better person because do exercising (my skin is clearer, I’m happier, and life just seems better). Awesome video! Loved it.

      Make an inspiration board and post clippings of magazines or photos with motivational quotes and pics!
