In honor of Jonarthur's decision to do a 7 day juice cleanse, I’m inviting all of you to join us for a 7 day Healthy Lifestyle challenge!

So here’s the challenge… have a raw green juice first thing in the morning (before the coffee and hopefully, in place of the coffee!) and a raw green super foods smoothie some time during the day.

Also, if you’re up for the challenge, do some form of exercise everyday..

I included some fun exercises you can do at the park and a delicious super foods powerhouse green smoothie recipe for you to try.

  3. I have tried raw vegan for almost 3 years and also tried to eat like Freelee (raw to four vegan) with lots of calories. BUT…My temperature plummets and I freeze like crazy. Always feel hungry/unsatiated even if my stomach is physically full and I eat more calories than on a standard diet. (Even up To 3500 calories!) But I had to start eating more fat and protein, and more cooked food to feel satiated and also to bring my body temperature up. What is your body temperature? Do you feel warm from the inside out? I get super cold from fruit smoothies and green juices…It’s fascinating to see that raw vegan actually works for some people. I wish it would for me, but after 3 years of trying…Well, I had to realize it wasn’t for me sadly….How can you be so energetic on this little food and what is your resting body temperature?     • Cammi Eklund Same I stopped stuffing my face like Freelee because she did it and now im working on fixing my over-eating habits😅

    • It’s harder to eat raw in Northern climates: the food will have to be imported and will thus be of lower quality (and probably quite expensive), and the food is cold, so you’re cold! There’s nothing wrong with cooked food. Try checking out ‘High Carb Hannah’ here on youtube. She has a ‘RawTillWhever’ approach: you basically just eat a certain way when you want to. Really working for me. Remember that Elizabeth lives in a much warmer climate.

    • You could try watching Ted Carr. He lives in Canada and drinks really warm water and puts warm water in his smoothies. He doesn’t have much good produce either. Good luck.

      This is a wonderful question Lisa! For now, my suggestion is to just take it one step at a time. Start with a raw green juice in the morning in place of coffee (if you currently drink coffee or any caffeinated drinks) Then look at places where you can replace what you are eating now with something raw vegan. For example, for breakfast or lunch, instead of your regular meal, have a super foods green smoothie. Join us this week for our challenge… just add a raw green juice in the morning and a super foods green smoothie some time during the day. Just that added extra nutrition will help you make healthier choices throughout the day. Give it a try and let me know how you do!👍
      I will definitely talk more about it in upcoming videos.

  5. Great video! May I suggest you soak your chia seeds for 5 minutes until they turn into a jelly? They digest better that way!

    I use watermelon juice as my liquid base. I don’t like nut/other milk. I’ll do the outside walking and jogging this. week.

    You’re such a sweetheart! I’m so glad I found your channel. Unfortunately I can’t be raw vegan at the moment because I’m in college and I can barely get by being a vegan and eating an adequate amount of fruits and vegetables since they’re so expensive! But of course when I find that it’s time to make the switch, I will refer to your channel. Thank you so much for spreading the message.

  19. Is juicing really worth it? I see soooo many conflicting opinions, it gets confusing. Shouldn’t we use the entire fruit or veggie and not just the juice. I have a juicer, and am down to do this for a week, but just want to make sure its worth it (esp. since produce is so expensive)!

      Hi Kyrie, This is such a wonderful question, thanks for asking!  There is so much conflicting information out there on the internet and I do my best to present you guys with the most up to date and proper information.  What juicing does is  provide the ability for the nutrients go straight into our blood stream and nourish our body very quickly.  What I would recommend is doing raw green juices and green smoothies… I feel both are very important.  Where do you live?  I have some great “hacks” to get produce at a much lower price but it just depends upon where you live.😊  Hope this helps!
